We are currently experiencing technical issues with wallet imports and gain calculations. We hope to have this resolved by Tuesday (4th Jan).
This is mostly due to an unexpected surge in users during the holiday period. We appreciate your patience on this. If you were on a deadline or are unhappy (understandably so) with your experience then please contact us for a full refund.
Our customer support team is going through a large backlog of tickets but we aim to respond to all open tickets by middle of next week.

Hello I cannot sync any of my wallets. I have been waiting for hours . was working 2 days ago and right now the only message that I received is "Coinbase sync queued" I refresh, in and out and nothing has changed with any wallet I import data by API. Thank you for your help.

I have been using koinly for 2 years already paid just under $300 for the 2021 software and now the end of the year I try to print my tax report and it wont sync? what gives koinly we need help I am not the only one facing this issue and its extremely frustrating to people who updated daily and now there tax software wont sync right before we need it for taxes.
please update what you guys are doing to fix the syncing problems we are facing.
I cant even get my report until its done syncing but it never ends been syncing for 3 days now?

none of my wallets are syncing either. i deleted all my API's and re-added them. still doesn't work. i haven't logged into Koinly since like Feb 2021 and basically all my transaction history is stuck as of that time. no new stuff is syncing for some reason across any of my exchanges or wallets. i've got till 31 Jan 2022 to file my self-assessment in the UK and pay the taxes. thought i would try deal with this a few weeks early but lol nothing seems to be working.
