Remove and/or "freeze" the transactions from past years when done filing the taxes for that year

Enable a "freezing" feature. E.g that we can freeze certain wallets no longer in use and unaffected by future changes.

Another way to implement this would be to allow the user to save / snapshot the state of a portfolio and to be able to view these snapshots.

I would love this. I've got a messy collection of CBpro portfolios which I created when I was learning in the early days. Most are unused now, but I assume Koinly needs them for working out UK pooling for all my subsequent transactions.

It would be great to be able to delete them from CBpro without affecting the tax calcs.
