Extremely easy to incorporate. See a token that is scam? Mark it scam and it vanishes from everywhere (with ability to restore everything if you uncheck it). Going 1 transaction at a time is not good.

I understand where you are coming from but wouldn't it be just enough to soft delete these airdropped scam tokens? I always add a comment to them first then soft delete them.

WinMiner: Yes, but you have to delete each and every transaction. It would be much more helpful to tag the token itself and have all transactions excluded

Yes these are scams/extortion. Does anyone know why the api would pull a random $13,000 BUSD transaction that shows in my wallet?? I never held more than a few dollars of busd in any wallet and that was from a random Binance.US airdrop. Also, those type of random airdrops on CEXs do not have the time and date of distribution to get a cost basis for “earned income.” So any suggestions? Use zero cost basis on all airdrops to stay consistent?

Note, there are many blacklists already existing. koinly really should do better than it does currently.
Here are some examples of blacklists for bsc i found

I have the same issue, too with one of my wallet associated with bsc. so meanwhile, is it wise to just soft delete them for accurate tax report? At least there should be a way to label the transaction as "fraudulent," or "suspicious contract address."

I would be concerned that just removing the transactions may prevent a true accounting of your assets, even if some of them are effectively junk.

There is already another thread about this in feature request. You can remove it from your holdings and keep it from showing up again after an API sync by performing a soft delete on the airdrop transaction.

Carlos Victorino: yes, you can remove the transaction, but it still appears on wallet alerts as missing coins.
Flagging these as scam and ignore it everywhere in koinly would be better.
