ByBit API: Update ByBit integeration to their new API version

It's impossible to sync a ByBit wallet with Koinly now as it gives an error:
This API is offline, please use CSV files instead
Koinly needs to update their integration to work with the new ByBit API.
Workaround
Until the new integration is released, I need to import my ByBit data using files I get from ByBit Support.
I need to request
explicitly
:- Derivative Asset History
- Spot Asset History
- Funding Asset History
If ByBit prompts me to self-export the data, I will reply to them that I cannot self-export the 3 files above I need.

When I try to sync my ByBit with Koinly using my API key/secret, the sync errors out with message:
Too many visits. Exceeded the API Rate Limit.
And no transactions are imported.
Workaround
We are working on a new version of the integration. Please upvote the post below to follow its resolution:
