API/CSV issues (public)

It seems like the API provider migrated. This results in failed syncs for this blockchain. Developers are notified and will be looking at a migration shortly.

When I sync my Hyperliquid core wallet using my public key, some withdrawals to HyperEVM I did are not imported (and others are). Workaround I need to add the missing transactions manually.

After the migration to the AssetHub, the reported balances are zeroed out. Developers are in communication with ParityLabs to fix the issues.

Variety of transactions involving bridging and swaps are not imported.

Card_top_up operations in the crypto_transactions_record should be skipped. We currently import it as a plain withdrawal with a USD worth. This operation is actually included in the card_transactions_record but is skipped as a duplicate. In the card_transactions_record file, you can clearly see a trade between crypto>fiat with correct figures. Workarounds: 1) Edit the withdrawals to be trades. or 2) Delete the Withdrawals from crypto file, add the trades from the Card file.

Futures Financial Record file come with an error - Unrecognised file. We have recorded this issue and will be integrating the new file format. Workaround: Rename the fields from Action (English) to Action

The Aptos integration (the 14th biggest chain in the world) is busted. The way it was set up, it barely sync's half the transactions that the user does.

Imported into Koinly my wallet shows 148 transactions. On aptoscan.com it shows 218 transactions. My other 1 click wallet on Merkle Trade wallet shows 0 transactions on Koinly and 55 on aptoscan.com . Aptos network support is definitely still in beta.

If I sync my Solana wallet using my public key, some of my trades are not merged automatically. I noticed that those trades have a second "out" transaction with SOL - the rent fee for a new token account created. I want Koinly to merge such trades automatically (leaving the rent fee as a separate "Cost" transaction)

When I try to sync my CEX.io account with Koinly, I get an error: Access denied: Invalid API key And no transactions get synced. CEX.io API key now contains a "name" field - I tried both putting this as "User ID" and my actual User ID (from the profile) but both result in the same error. Workaround I need to use CSV files to import my data instead
