Allow users to mark coins as "Lost" due to rug pulls, missing liquidity, or other irrecoverable circumstances. This should be separate from a standard withdrawal.

If the tokens you hold are no longer disposable due to rug pulls or low liquidity, you can create a manual withdrawal of such tokens and tag them as "Lost". 
Be sure to confirm the tax treatment with your accountant.
