While these types of transactions aren't strictly LPs as the types of underlying tokens can change over time, and Liquidity Out isn't necessarily paired with Liquidity In. it is an example of taking liquidity out. In the above, I am paying the DEFI++ token in and getting DEFI+S and DEFI+L out.
