Backpack Exchange api integration

Garnet Guppy

Backpack have all the required apis already exposed. Pls can you guys allow for api integration. Exporting and importing csv is a real pain. Backpack Exchange is growing really fast and soon many more users will face this frustration.

Backpack's read-only REST API is fully exposed, so this should be straightforward. CSV re-exports are a real pain to keep current for active trading. Would use immediately.
