It would be useful to be able to create a backup that you can restore against before you delete a wallet. Especially if you've had to manually change entries or be able to save the manual entries for a wallet so if you have to delete and re-add you can manually restore the manual entries you saved (if possible)

This is an absolute must and I can't figure out why it's taking so long to implement, especially for paid users. I would even pay a bit of an additional fee to have this feature albeit it should be included in paid plans. It's that important!! Please make this a TOP PRIORITY!

we need the ability to backup our account as i lost my whole account once due to issues at your end. Its been 6 months since i discussed with support about this and this feature is still not implemented. We need a backup feature so that we are confident that Koinly can restore incase of any issues including issues at your own end like what happened to my account

Brilliant idea! KuCoin asked to update my API from v2 to v3 and I resynced my KuCoin wallet and lost two years worth of transaction that can't reload. Top idea!

I need this too. At the moment i am creating multiple Koinly accounts so i can have transaction histories i can play with without 'breaking' my main. It would be great to create a backup before trying something such as switching a wallet from manual to automatic sync

This feature is sorely needed. Koinly is good enough that very few people will migrate off to a competitor once they use your APIs and get all the data. 
It's just about safety. It's not in the spirit of blockchain to lock us in with no export and backup facility that we can control.
I've spent probably hundreds of hours manually adjusting all my transactions over the years in Koinly, it's no longer an option for me to use a competitor. Don't be afraid of unlocking our data for us!
Please allow named snapshots, local backups, anything!
