I want to be able to bulk aggregate withdrawals with a specific tag just like I can aggregate deposits.

This is especially useful for exchanges where I trade futures and have dozens of Realized PNL or Futures Fee transactions daily - as they're withdrawals, I can't use the current "bulk aggregate" for it
