I want Koinly to calculate gains/losses on my fiat disposals (i.e. withdrawals) if they were done in a currency different than my base currency defined in Settings.

If you want to treat foreign currency like assets (track cost basis and realize gains when selling), this can be now achieved using "Change currency" and changing the fiat currency in question (e.g. EUR) to one of the stablecoins pegged to this fiat (e.g. EURC).
