Cardano Public Key support
complete

I tried to use the "controlled stake key" that I found on Cardanoscan by entering in one of the receiving addresses that I have used. Koinly says this is an invalid address. How do I find the "Cardano public key" that will link all the receiving addresses for my account so I don't have to enter them all in separately?

We have now added support for public keys from the ccvault wallet that were previously not supported (keys starting with "xpub....").
We have also added support for stake keys so they can be used instead of public keys

You can now add your cardano public keys to a single wallet and Koinly will import txns from all related addresses.

Robin: I just tried to add my xpub key for cardano, but it still gives me the same error: Invalid cardano address
If I click on troubleshoot it says:
"xpub keys are only supported for BTC/BCH/BSV/LTC/DASH/DOGE and ZEC blockchains. For all others you must add your public address instead."
So it seems that Cardano public keys are not (yet) supported or am I doing something wrong?

Olive Hare: I am glad I read this reply or else I would've totally overlooked the xpub part. With that said I was able to re-add the wallet using xpub and its working, at least for me, as expected. Pulled tokens and is staking rewards now.

Kobalt Amphibian: how did you add xpub? I still got invalid Cardano address.

Blue Gopher: Deleted old wallet, created new wallet and I entered the xpub address where it prompts you for the Public address or key

Add support for Cardano public keys (root/parent keys)

Syncing the public key instead of single addresses would allow Koinly to sync all transactions using only the one key.

Hi Petur, I have my Yoroi wallet split up over 4 addresses so that it can be accurate. It would be amazing to have only one Yoroi wallet to sync with Koinly. Thanks for your help

Dear Koinly & Team,
Koinly is a very well developed software! Congratulations! however it needs to better integrate with Cardano, to properly support and track its multi-address / eUTXO based model and assets tracking. Yoroi and Daedalus export are not enough for tax tracking purposes because daedalus doesn't export staking/reward data and while yoroi provides that, it only gives transaction ID which koinly doesn't do follow-up calls on to fully gather Cardano asset/nft/token data or from/to addresses at all.
We hope and kindly request that you take syncing using public root keys seriously please. As the current methods are not able to gather proper and complete data for tax tracking purposes.
Thank you!

This would be an amazing update. The only way I know of to ensure all transactions are accounted for are Yoroi manual export/imports but isn't complete in itself. But even then Yoroi does not export other tokens received if sent along with ADA or NFTs. Full chain sync should see any/all assets and transactions. pool.pm is able to pull all assets based on your public address but doesn't provide transactions like Yoroi or Daedalus.
