Dashboard to show current financial year by default

Currently the dashboard is showing current calendar year by default. Can you set the default to financial year or allow users to set the default?

Every time I Set my reporting date (on the Dashboard) to "This TAX year", it defaults to "2024" when I toggle between pages. I am using Firefox browser.

Has anyone else got this problem?

Yes. I requested a fix a couple of months ago. I use brave browser and same issue. It never saves the custom date and defualts to show only the current tax year.
