dYdX API: Sync PNL of trades done on the platform

Currently, Koinly doesn't sync the PNL of trades done on the dYdX platform - only deposits/withdrawals.

I want Koinly to start syncing PNL so I don't need to add it manually anymore.

Workaround: PNL from your futures trades will not yet sync, so this needs to be added/tagged manually for the time being.
