The easiest way to contact support is to open up the chat when logged in to your account! You'll see a blue pop up in the bottom right corner (1st pic).
If you're not logged in, you can
- Head to https://koinly.io/contact/
- Click "In-app support" in the bottom right corner (2nd pic)
- Open up the chat in the bottom right corner!
If you speak to our Bot-Mate and need further help, click "Talk to a person" (3rd pic)

It sounds like you've chatted to our Bot-mate Fin. I can also see that my colleague took over from the Bot and has sent you two messages (also sent to you via email.) I've sent you another email and a message to see if you need any help.
Good to know in general; once the bot has shared information (it helps a lot but not always!), you have the option to talk to a human. If you click "Talk to a person" your conversation will be assigned to a human team member!

Actually I have been trying a few tax softwares myself and one of the reasons I have not yet signed up with Koinly is because of this issue. But even if you can talk to a human, their support is limited to guidance but not actually helping you solve your problem. This is a very weak point for Koinly, compared to others I tried (and specially one of them has stellar support, won't name names of course).

Amazing Chipmunk
The bot runs you in circles for ages until you hit on some way to manipulate it into referring you to human support. When you have an issue which is not solvable via bot - which is usually the case I find - It's truly exasperating and infuriating to be run in useless circles by a bot. The exact opposite of what a user support experience should be.
