Koinly API

I'd like a Koinly API so that I could write my own integrations.
I realize that Koinly gets tons of feature/integration request. I'm guessing some smaller crypto coins is down prioritized (if they'll ever happen).
Would be awesome if I could create my own script for such occasions. To pull transactions from one place and then insert them into Koinly.

For your information: the Bitvavo API only works on the day you create it and must be reinstalled every time you want to update your transactions. Thank you, and please excuse my poor English.

I think this would be a great feature for a lot of users that are using a mix of centralized, decentralized exchanges and personal wallets. Makes it a lot easier to integrate with other assets, integrate koinly with spreadsheets or even automated trading.
Currently this is the business of big centralized exchanges, but for more diversified crypto holders, that are wary of centralized exchanges, it would be a real value proposition to have a single endpoint for their entire crypto portfolio.
Security is a concern, but pure read-only access with appropriate rate limits for just high level data (basically what is shown on the dashboard) wouldn't take a lot of effort: The data is already there, probably in a suitable format (maybe even already cached), it's just about key management, triggering a sync and rate limiting.
Honestly I could see people paying for that alone: koinly does the integration work over a large amount of chains and assets, API users just access a single end point. You are sitting on a lot of know-how, why not profit from that? I'd pay some bucks for such an API and it would be a great incentive to users that already pay for the tax report.

For so many reasons an API would be so useful! In my case, I'm attempting to integrate koinly data into a broader portfolio manager the includes many different types of assets, etc.

And also allow the above to be audited by the team in order to implement for other users? this would be amazing

As a first step towards a full Koinly API, create one endpoint to import a CSV. With that single endpoint, there'd be endless possibilities to create your own custom integrations.
I already have scripts to pull data and create CSV that I then import into Koinly. I'd love to be able to automate the entire process.

Yeah, even a simple csv or json endpoint with the current portfolio would go a long way to allow integration.

Giving access to internal asset ID (ID:XXXXX) through the API would be very handy.
I'm actually adding a mapping feature to adastry.io to map koinly supported Cardano native assets (asset1a2...). Since there is nothing allowing me to connect and filter through Koinly internal mapping, I will need to do it manually. A literally impossible task with millions of token and NFT.
The mapping already exist in Koinly, we only need a way to access and filter through it. It think easing the integration with Koinly for external projects is in your best interest as it can bring more user while outsourcing solutions for some protocol specific issues.

And a means to identify the cost basis and acquisition date of each.
