Hey all,
It's been an extremely busy tax season and we have unfortunately not been able to keep up with incoming queries so response times were very long.
We are now back on track and average response times are down to 6-12 hours :)

Their support is a laughable joke. God forbid they offered any during tax season. I had nothing but qrong data and it makes you wonder if their software is legit or garbage

I found support extremely slow when using a free account. Ever since I've paid for a tax plan I, typically, get a reply from support within a few days. Don't expect timely support when using a free account, if that is your case.
