When you change the way your holdings are displayed e.g. sort by value. This is not saved in a cookie so the next time you have to do it again.... Same goes for the time period for the graph.

On the wallets page I've noticed whatever sort criteria I've applied (ie A-Z, Z-A, etc) tends to vanish after I move to another page and return.
It seems to persist after a wallet sync + page refresh, which is good.
It would be awesome if the sort criteria could persist indefinitely after a user sets it, or at least for the duration that login session with Koinly.

Totally agree with this. My most used wallets end up being buried a couple pages deep because I added them first, and the default sort is "date added". In my opinion, it would make more sense to default the sort based on most recent transactions, that way the most recently used wallets show first. And even better, like you suggested, allow users to select a sort option and persist that sort indefinitely.
