I checked a few random wallets from hyperevmscan that interacted with the WHYPE contract and it looks to me like the HYPE <> WHYPE wraps are importing correctly (screenshot below). Maybe you synced the wallet some time ago? Sometimes removing the wallet and adding it again helps if our integration was upgraded.
