The AI chatbot is incredibly annoying

After each interaction, the chatbot will ping again to ask whether it can help, then once more, then ask to rate the conversation, then SEND AN EMAIL.
What I expect from the assistant is to be on standby and answer my questions, definitely not the other way around.
If it doesn't work as expected I can ask to speak with a human agent.
This behavior is really disruptive and annoying. Please change it ?
