This issue has now been fixed.
Gemini wallets can now be synced normally :)

Petur: This is not fixed. I synced (twice) and although the error message is gone, koinly is not picking up recent credit card rewards (late January forward).

That is interesting...
Could you try resyncing from the beginning, as described in this article:
This should search for any transaction that may have been skipped previously and import those transactions.

Petur: I'll give that a try and report back. Thanks.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that you will also need to remove the "Starting sync date" before doing this resync. This is also explained in the article, at the bottom.

Works for me. Thanks.

Petur: This was successful in getting Gemini to sync, unfortunately it introduced a new problem. All of my Gemini Earn rewards since the beginning of my account there are now being double counted. Every reward is showing up both in daily transactions and monthly transactions. I only noticed because I took a screenshot of my dashboard before re-syncing Gemini, and after the sync I noticed it showed my income increased by hundreds of dollars. Is this a problem with the way Koinly is using the Gemini API and it could be fixed site-wide, or do I really need to go back through hundreds of old transactions from the last 18 months to remove all of the new duplicates?

Amethyst Dinosaur:
I see...
This will happen because Gemini switched the way that they report the Earn rewards (they used to only report them in bulk but now they can be synced individually, which is the preferred way). Koinly's duplicate detection won't work in this case since the data is being pulled in in a very different way.
The easiest way to fix this is to clear all data from the wallet and resync it from the beginning.
To do this, click on the wallet and then on the 'Having trouble?' button.
There you will see a button to 'Delete existing transactions'. You can click this button but you should disable the optional toggle (the one saying 'Prevent API from syncing...').
You can give Koinly a minute or two to delete the transactions and then click the 'Resync from the beginning' button, which will sync all of the transactions correctly from scratch, without the duplicates.
Sorry for the back-and-forth!

It is hitting me, too. It leads to "No transactions found" (API-Import)

I hope this can be fixed before I have to do taxes in April.
