Workaround
I can modify the CSV files I receive from the exchange to one of Koinly's custom templates

I'm trying to upload a CSV file from River Financial. The Koinly system collects data but will not generate a tax report. What's going on?

River financial is now supported on Koinly. The CSV files can be imported without any modification

River Financial is upgrading their csv format and I'm told, "the new version should be compatible with more tax software apps such as Koinly." Should be out in about two weeks. Yay!

Yes, you can modify the csv format. You can also do all your tax accounting on a spreadsheet but you pay Koinly to automate the process. Koinly needs to fix this.

Yes, please add my vote to add River Financial imports. CSV import is
possible
but it is DIFFICULTJack

This is becoming a prominent player, with long term btc holders. Please add support for this, or at least create a blog article on how to import the CSV format from River into Koinly ( what transformation of data is needed? Because it’s a very manual process otherwise)

Really need support for River csv uploads.

Please add api supprt for River Financial! River is changing the game by making it extremely easy to onboard friends and family to Bitcoin, but the lack of api support to link transactions to Koinly is making me seriously consider leaving Koinly.

Please implement this soon! The lack of direct support, and especially the lack of support for River's CSV exports, is making Koinly unusable for me.

Obedient Panda it's not "unusable" as you can alter the CSV to reflect Koinly's generic CSV file, but it's certainly inconvenient to have to do all that work when other platforms natively accept River's CSV.
