Please work on setting up a direct API link with the crypt.com app to import transactions for all app features: purchases, sales, baskets, transfers, and card purchases etc. You have it for Kracken it it makes everything so much easier thank you.

That is not a Koinly problem. Crypto.com app doesn't have any API so far. Only the exchange and the defi wallet.
