Please take a look at this transaction as an example, the import via Phantom Wallet doesn't get that there are two steps in the transaction it seems and only half gets imported leading to strange effects that badly affect the total gains etc etc.

This transaction imports just fine for me on my test account, with both legs of the transaction imported.
It also imported correctly in your account, but one side was deleted - I don't know why, maybe you had some rule added that you since removed.
PS. I removed the transaction hash from your post - while it helped greatly in understanding the issue, there's no need to keep it public anymore.
