For those asking about Solflare, I was able to get my Solflare transactions visible in koinly by simply adding the SOL public address. From koinly: Add wallet -> blockchain -> Solana and then enter that public address from Solflare. Sync'd my wallets and the transactions all showed up correctly. This included both transactions into and out of Solflare.
