When I sync my Base wallet with Koinly, some of my liquidity data is imported incorrectly, resulting in "missing purchase history" warnings.

I was managing my positions via Krystal.app, not directly on Uniswap/Aerodrome

I need to add the missing data manually. If the LP token wasn't created at all, I can use Koinly's LPx placeholders. If it was created (and only position increases didn't import) I should add the same LP token as Koinly created (UNI-V3-POS-XXXXXX)
