Binance CSV: "Commission fee shared with you" is not imported

"Commission fee shared with you" transactions are not imported at all - those are a type of cashback so shouldn't be skipped
Workaround
I can extract these from the file and modify it:
- Delete all rows apart from the ones containing "Commission fee shared with you"
- Transform the file to Koinly's simple format
- Add "Tag" column and fill it with "cashback" for all rows

We now automatically support "Commission fee shared with you" when importing using CSV - no need to modify the original transaction record file in any way.
