Bit2Me CSV: File is not recognized (Unknown file)

When I try to import my transaction history from Bit2Me, I get an error:

Unknown file
Unable to import this file automatically. Proceed to the file mapping page to continue the import process.

And the file is not accepted. I downloaded the file in English

Workaround

I need to modify the file before importing to Koinly:

Rename "TYPE" to "Operation type"
Change the case of all other column names to lowercase with first letter uppercase, e.g. change "FROM CURRENCY" to "From currency"
