Position Pnl Field seems to be a sum of Realised+Fee+Open+Close

Currently the file is not supported.

Easily adaptable to a SIMPLE format as a workaround.

Create a separate realized gain tag for futures on the PNL entries.

Separate COST fields for each of the fees.
