Bitvavo CSV: RFQ transfers are imported as Deposits

These transaction types should be trades.
rfq_transfer_asset should be considered as a withdrawal
rfq_transfer_quote should be considered as a deposit.
By default we import all as deposits.

Hello, bitvavo has recently added rfq orders for their reporting and currently your system cannot import them. Please implement asap.
