ByBit API: Conversions on the spot account are not imported

When I try to sync my ByBit account with Koinly using my API key/secret, conversions that I did on my spot account are not imported.
Workaround
I need to add them manually or using CSV files received from bybit support (import a file containing only the missing trades)

Update:

We have confirmed that the issue is on Bybit's side and we have asked them to look into the issue. We don't have information on how long this will take though
