ByBit API: Reported balances are wrong (exclude open limit orders)

When I try to sync my ByBit account with Koinly using my API key/secret, my reported balances are wrong - they seem to exclude assets that I have in open limit orders.
Calculated balances are correct
Workaround
I should toggle ON "Ignore reported balances" in this API's setting, click "Save and Sync" and then "Sync now"
