When syncing my Cardano wallet using my public key (xpub) I get an error:

This API seems to be down at the moment. Please try again later (502)

And some transactions import but all balances are wrong.

Status

Our dev team will investigate the issue but it looks like an outage on our API provider's side

Dont know if it helps but now the error has changed to “Something went wrong while syncing, try again in a few minutes or contact support”. No longer error 502.

Alex_Koinly what api provider are you using? I may be able to suggest some alternatives.

FYI, I'm also having this issue, so invested in the fix :)

I'm experiencing this issue; xpub sync of Cardano wallet fails with 502 error. For context my xpub wallet synced up to 23rd February. The error presented when trying to import my first Liqwid v2 loan transactions. This could be coincidence or perhaps it has some relevance to the issue Koinly is trying to solve.

Alex_Koinly the import seems to work fine with smaller wallets, just not with my wallets with thousands of transactions

How close is the to being resolved please? I have had this same issue for the past 4 weeks and am unable to get accurate tax analysis across my wallets.
