Coinbase API: Negative balance of fiat (USD, AUD, GBP)

After syncing the wallet, I have a negative balance of fiat (ie. USD).
Workaround
This balance can be ignored as it has no effect on the calculations. Still, our dev team will review what may be causing the problem.

Fiat deposits/transactions as well as the ledger to show Balance of an item in the wallet shows up on Koinly, but the Dashboard doesn't reflect any Fiat being in my accounts/wallets.

This could possibly be because the Fiat in my Coinbase account isn't "available", as it's reserved by limit orders that are set. However, the Fiat should still who up on the Dashboard.

In this particular example, the issue happens with the USD balance only. As seen from the attached screenshots, the calculated balance seems to be correct while the reported one is wrong. USD wasn’t moved to any other wallet within Coinbase either.

No other issues in the wallet were found.
