Coinbase CSVs don't include enough data for advanced trades where pair is not with USD or stablecoin (e.g. ETH/BTC, BTC/EUR, ETH/CAD, etc.)

Until Coinbase updates their CSVs to show full information about such advanced trades, a fix is not possible.
