Coinlist CSV: Some ICO transactions are skipped

Some ICO transactions are skipped. I've noticed that their description starts with "Hold for participation (...)" and that the ones that are skipped include the word "Distribution"
Workaround
Rename all "Hold for participation (..)" descriptions and remove the word "Dsitribution"
