When I sync my Ethereum (and other EVM) wallets, reported balances of some tokens often show as zero
Workaround
As the calculated balances are correct, this error can be ignored

This issue is now resolved. Please sync the wallets to refresh the balances.

Jack issue is not resolved. My Ethereum wallet has LRC in it. This is visible on Etherscan. Koinly reports the balance as 0. Koinly refuses to recognize wallet balance that is visible on chain.

Jack I am noticing some mismatches between token balances being read by Koinly and token balances as viewed on Etherscan. I just tried reporting to support (I am willing to provide public address of wallet) but your chat bot refused to connect me to human support for this issue.
