Gemini API: Some trades are missing

When I sync my Gemini account with Koinly using my API key/secret, my balances are wrong. 
I noticed that some trades are missing.
Workaround
I should add the trades manually or delete the wallet and recreate it using Gemini's XLSX file, which provides a complete import.

This issue should now be fixed.

If recent trades are still not importing in your Gemini wallet, please contact our support team via our in-app chat:

Attach your full transaction history (XLSX file from Gemini)
Ensure the API key added to Koinly is active and unrestricted

I'm currently missing the past 3 months - It would be nice to have this API Issue corrected...

Same, I would like for the API to be fixed. Make sure your Gemini API is "Unrestricted" as they implemented a new setting where you can designate certain IP addresses, but Even after I set mine as "Unrestricted" it still isn't updating for new transactions (Since November 22nd for me)

Early Quail: I had a look and your API key just doesn't return any trades past Nov 20th. Whether you didn't have any or there's an issue with your API key - I don't know.

As of Nov 18, 2025 Koinly is no longer importing Rewards via the API for my account. Tried full resync, deleting and recreating API, and creating a new wallet with new API. Imports rewards up to Nov 18 and fails to import any additional in the new wallet as well.
