Hedera (HBAR) API: Only some transactions get imported
complete
Jack
When I try to sync my Hedera wallet using my public key, only a few transactions get imported.
I noticed that I also can't download my transaction history on hashscan as a CSV - it throws a 503 error.
Status
While we're still invastigating this issue, it looks like data availability for Hedera worsened and no API can provide full transaction history

The Hedera integration has now been rebuilt, and all transactions seem to be syncing correctly now.
We recommend recreating your Hedera wallet if you had many missing transactions.
Please let us know if you encounter any other issues with Hedera :)

Hi Koinly team,
There are several projects on Hedera participating in the RBA Acacia Pilot program in a joint initiative with the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) and the Digital Finance Cooperative Research Centre (DFCRC).
There will be use of the AUDD (Australian Digital Dollar) within this pilot. AUDD is used on Hedera and is a Hedera Token Service (HTS) Token, supported by wholesalers.
Hedera & its token economy is being used by many businesses in and outside of Australia. With many Australians who would greatly value the addition of HTS tokens to be integrated into Koinly.
It has been reported to Hedera, if you are having issues with integration. Please reach out to them or if I can be of any assistance let me know.
I look forward to seeing the integration enabled.

Why is the same issues still occurring.
The HTS tokens need to be added.
Hedera has been reaching out to get this fixed for everyone.
Hedera have a number of pilots running on the Royal Bank of Australia Acacia Pilot program including AP+ (One of the Governing Council members). These utilise the HTS.
Australia has also recently announce that cryptocurrency can be used as collateral for mortgages.
So there would be a great need and benefit to Hedera to implement & support this, especially in Australia.

Hi Team, My name is Luke, I am working with Hedera within the Developer Relations team, could you let me know if you would like any assistance with this? We are not currently aware of any issues with "data availability" with the API.

Any update on this API issue? Should not need to manually add hundreds of txns for one of the top layer-1 protocols. There are Hedera data providers that can help you solve this.

Koinly, please create an API to extract the data from the DragonGlass explorer. The problem appears to be with HashScan. It has been left unresolved for 10-months.

The Hedera API does provide full transaction history. Koinly needs to adjust their pagination to use the next link in the response or the RFC-5988 next response header. More details in our blog: https://hedera.com/blog/changes-to-the-hedera-operated-mirror-node

I am a Hedera developer and probably know the issue. Most likely you're using https://mainnet.mirrornode.hedera.com/api/v1/transactions to pull the history but stopping when the number of results in the response is less than limit. Instead, you should always look at the links.next in the response and keep paginating if it's not empty. See this blog for more details. https://hedera.com/blog/changes-to-the-hedera-operated-mirror-node
