Kraken API: Balances are wrong due to ".B" tokens

After syncing the wallet, I got a balance mismatch warning for most my balances. I've noticed that there is an error for the whole amount of some asset and then a mirror/inverse error for the same asset but with
.B

I can toggle "Ignore reported balances" in the API's settings to see only calculated balances
