 and Unit
In the first column, add a space between "Time" and the timezone: 
i.e change Time(UTC+05:00)
 to Time (UTC+05:00)

Seems to be a new mapping format that doesn't load to Koinly.

As a workaround, values from Closing PnL and Fee columns can be taken into a separate spreadsheet and loaded into Koinly.
