Newton CSV: Invalid file: Illegal quoting in line 22.

When I try to import my transaction history I downloaded from Newton, I get an error:

Invalid file: Illegal quoting in line 22.

And no transactions import

Workaround

I need to delete the last two lines from the file before importing it to Koinly. The lines that need to be deleted say:
