Pulsechain (PLS) API: Some Pulsechain transactions are not imported

When I sync my Pulsechain wallet using my public key, some of the transactions are missing.
I noticed that they are also missing from the main explorer (scan.pulsechain.com) though visible on another one (otter.pulsechain.com)

None of my PulseChain transactions are being pulled in suddenly. There are new block explorers to use, https://midgard.wtf/ is one of the newest. otter.pulsechain.com works well. I believe scan.pulsechain.com is the worst one actually.

Hello everyone,
If you're still facing the same issue and none of the standard troubleshooting steps helped (resyncing, deleting and re-adding the wallet), or if you still experience API errors, please contact the support team via https://koinly.io/contact/ or use the in-app chat to speak with them directly.

Hi everyone,
We have been looking into this issue for some time now and there is unfortunately nothing that we can do to fix it at this time.
We use the same data source as scan.pulsechain.com, so any transactions missing from this explorer will also be missing from Koinly. These transactions usually seem to show on the explorer after a few days, which means that they would then also be available to Koinly.
We will continue to monitor the situation and notify if there are any improvements. Hopefully, this issue will be fixed soon.
If you encounter this issue, I would recommend that you occasionally resync your wallet from the beginning, as this will sync any transactions that were previously missed but have since become visible.
Here is an article about this feature:
