When I try to sync my Solana wallet with Koinly using my public key, there is a balance mismatch warning next to my BERN token (CKfatsPMUf8SkiURsDXs7eK6GWb4Jsd6UDbs7twMCWxo) - the calculated balance is correct, while the reported balance is 0.

I noticed that when I look up my wallet on solscan, balance of BERN is missing as well (it shows on explorer.solana.com)

The issue seems to be on our API provider's side. Since reported balances are only meant to help with checking the data and aren't used in reports, I can toggle ON "Ignore reported balances" in my API's settings to hide the wrong balance of BERN from my Dashboard and Wallet page.
