ZKsync ERA API: Switch to new explorer

ZKSync wallet still points to https://era.zksync.network/, which is deprecated and throws the API is down error in Koinly.
We should switch to their native explorer: https://explorer.zksync.io

Would be awesome if you could support the 'new' explorer. List of my missing transactions as of this is sadly growing since weeks now :( hope to not need to put them into your system manually
