Zonda CSV: Fees are not tagged, fund lock is not skipped

When I try to import my Zonda CSV file to Koinly, some transactions are not imported correctly:
- Transaction fees are not tagged as such
- "Fund lock" transactions are imported but shouldn't, as it's just a pre-withdrawal lock
Workaround
After importing the file, I should tag all "Transaction fee" as "Cost" and delete all "Lock funds" transactions
