We have now completed a full rework of the Bitrue API so it should now be working again.
Unfortunately, Bitrue does not provide a full transaction history from the API (staking rewards and futures are not provided) but the CSV imports should work for these transactions.
NOTE:
The Bitrue API previously required Trading permissions in order to sync the trading history. This is no longer needed so we would recommend that you create new API keys without the Trading permission.
Please let us know if you encounter any other issues with the Bitrue API or CSV files

Bitrue Exchange API's not syncing transactions and manually uploading CSV's arent readable. Basically there is no way to load transactions without spending countless hours of manual transaction input to add Bitrue deposits, trades, withdrawls, and rewards into Koinly software. PLEASE update ASAP!

I have the same issue. It was working fine and all my transactions up to March 2, 2022 have been pulled in. Now when synced Koinly sees the correct exchange balances for each coin but doesn't bring in the transactions, therefore it shows a warning that the calculated balance and the actual balance do not agree. I have tried creating a new API with Bitrue and enabling view & trade or just view but none of the various methods make any difference.

this is really annoying. Every other exchange is ok but Bitrue. API and CSV all inneffective. Is there a better software to use?

Not working for me either. Also, csv file from Bitrue is not working too! you have to use the template.
