Disgracefullly poor access top the service via a useless Catcha process with poor quality fuzzy images and endless requests to prove humanity. Also staff that feel unable to raise directly with Senior directors although they know there is a big issue and divert customers to this proces

Those captchas are served by Cloudflare which we use for DDOS protection.
If you keep getting them, consider modifying your ad/cookie blocker setup.
Changing the VPN to a different server/country often helps as well, as the one you're currently using is probably marked by Cloudflare as spammy.

Quince Swordfish Not only bad quality images, but you have to do about 3 or 4 before they verify that you're human. Sometimes even after doing 3 or 4, they still think you're a bot.
