I bought grt and it does not show up in the dashboard. I check the transaction, it is there. I connected coinbase in another app and it shows transactions correctly. can you pls look into it.

GRT was added to Koinly a while back and should be imported.
It may have something to do with your permissions for Coinbase API.
When you connect the API, you get to select the pairs that you allow for us to sync.
If you didn't click on GRT pair (because you never traded it before) it will not be imported.
Re-setting the API connection via 'reconnect' and going through the pairs selection again should fix it!

yep same for me with GRT purchased early Jan 2023. Same also with BTC. After discussing with Koinly support it looks like this is a bug interpreting the Coinbase Advanced Trading API. They are working on a fix.
But not great in the interim as balances are wrong. Not sure if this affects tax calcs.
So CB advanced trading users - its worth checking your exchange balance on Koinly is correct...

Update: Seems the Koinly Devs are not so worried about this. 
Just to clarify what is happening: BTC and GRT purchases on Coinbase, one of the main exchanges out there, are not being registered on Koinly. Reported Nov 23 by Akh. I reported 2 weeks ago. No action.
Koinly this is poor.
