Used App.Sky.Money to convert Maker to Sky, and both tokens showing in my wallet at full face value and token amount.

These are considered as 2 separate tokens by default and there is no way to automatically migrate for you.
MAKER is listed on Coingecko:
https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/maker
SKY is listed on Coingecko:
https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/sky
You would need to manually migrate the tokens.
